I am addicted to Backwoods Brew Malty Toffee and I am presently vaping it with the batteries and cartomizers that I got from V2cigs.com, which is a KR808D-1.

Because the Malty Toffee is so thick (70 VG/30 PG) I have a lot of trouble filling the cartomizers I have without it leaking out the bottom and/or tasting burnt. I have filled my cartomizers without any difficulty using thinner e-juices.

Mr. Don at Backwoods Brew told me to get a battery with a higher Mah and low resistance atties and mentioned Joye. He also mentioned dripping. I gotta admit though that I have no idea what this means :(

Can anybody help me and steer me to the right kit to buy? I really want to get the most out of my experience with Malty Toffee because it is wonderful and I don't want to give it up.

Any help would be so appreciated!

70 VG/30 PG would tend to be very thick and I would suggest a couple easy solutions.

You could thin it very slightly with distilled water, a drop or two at most per ml, but it
would seem a shame to alter such a well respected juice. :)

Or you could try using a syringe or needle tip bottle to fill the cartos, this would ensure
all the filling was getting saturated without dripping out the bottom.
They are available at most vendors, and make filling very easy. Also let the carto sit for
15-20 minutes after filling for the juice to be fully dissipated in the filler, and top it off
with a few drops before vaping.

I would advise to get a KGO 1100 mAh 2 battery kit and at least a couple of 5pks of 2.0 ohm low resistance cartomizers a syringe can be of help in the initial fill but, not absolutely needed...another option for the same money would be the E-Power all of those choices are good solid places to start...

...the KGo will give ya around 10-12hrs(if not all day) of vape time with a proprietary battery(17bux replacements) and ya get two of them...the E-Power will give about the same or better time with drop in batts(like a flashlite and cost 4.50 to replace) of which you get two as well and the Boge Cartos are about as fiddle free vaping as you can get(much more so than dripping...which is very fiddly)...the cartos should give ya about 2hrs+ vape time per fill and last 4-7days before needing to be replaced....

dormouse and madjack are right on the money!

Per their reccomendations my daily setup is a KGO and I use Boge 2.0 Cartomizers on it.
I also have the Smoktech brand cartos and they are similar, but it just feels like something is missing when I use those compared to the Boge.

That setup is fiddle free and cheap to re-supply.

I just got an order of Malty Toffee and it is extremely thick right out of the mail. (cold outside)
I normally let all my juices steep for a week or more, but I wanted to fill a carto right away.

I couldn't drip fill with that juice, but filling with the condom method worked fine.
Once the juice warms up a bit it would drip fill fine. (but slower)

You do however need to go slow and be patient while filling with higher VG juices.

With thick juices I use the condom method to fill a carto and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then finish filling it.
Then I clean them up, top them off, and put the carto condoms back on and let them sit overnight.

I usually fill a 5 pack each day that way.
It is just a nightly habit and makes for hassle free all day vaping.

I don't like to drip and drive or top off cartos, so I just have extra filled cartos with me and I can easily swap them out.
Then at the end of the day they go back into the rotation to be filled.

I have many different juices and for comparison BWB Cola drip fills a carto like a dream, never a dry hit with that stuff since it is much thinner and wicks really well.
