Help needed! Cool Carts Copper vs Gold??

I ordered Cool Cart Sampler #2 which has both Copper and Gold cartos in it. One is very shiny and brighter than the the other. I figured it must be the Copper color.

I then ordered the Copper CoolCarts... no that's the duller one. I ordered the Gold as soon as they were available. Both colors are the same. They are the duller color in the Sampler.

I'm so confused! What is the brighter golden color in the Cool Cart Sampler #2 ??????

I think they have those two colors reversed. The last few times I have ordered Copper they are marked Copper on the box but they are Gold (I know this because I used to get Copper when I ordered Copper!).

I don't think you're confused...I think they're mixed up.

When you get the sampler, the Gold is the gold dull color and the Copper is the bright copper color. They look just like the color should. It's only when you order the 5 pack of Copper that you get Gold instead...even though it says Copper on the box.

This happened to me, too. I thought I was going crazy! My copper cartos from this last order do not look anything like my copper battery.

I called them 2 weeks ago to tell them that the copper batteries I ordered were gold. So glad I wasted my time.

FYI the copper from the carts even when correct does not match the shiny copper on the bats. (at least not the early copper bats... perhaps they have changed) I still love the copper but I wish the battery color was closer to the carto.

Thanks everyone. I submitted a ticket and was told that the Copper Cool Carts I received were "mislabeled" and sorry for the inconvenience. They have since corrected the site, so no Copper available...

I know I could have sent them back, but I'll eventually use them. Just really wanted the shiny Copper. Oh well, next time
