You mean cut the 24mg, to a lower strength? Or did you really want to thin out the PG? I'll take it as you just want to cut the nic down a bit. A local pharmacy or a Walmart should have some USP glycerin which you could use. A 2:1 ratio =18mg, 1:1 =12mg if I remember correctly. If you go to the pharmacy pick up some plastic oral medicinal syringes (the kind they use to dose kids) to take the measurements for your liquids.

Vegetable Glycerin is locally available at health food stores, craft type shops like Micheal's (cake decorating section), even in some WalMarts. I'm sure you already know where to find booze, distilled water, etc. Check the DIY e-Liquid section for more info, recipes, and recipe calculators.

For PG, look for a local "compounding" pharmacy, they will have it in stock.(Here it was Shavers Pharmacy) Wallgreens pharmacy will order it for you (usualy).
For VG localy, Walmart, health food stores, and some craft stores will carry Wiltons glycerine USP. Its used to keep cake and brownies moist. Should be in the same place that the Loranns flavoring is. It can also sometimes be found by the medicated lotions by the pharmacy in Walmart.
The most important thing is that it says USP grade.
It should be rated at between 99.5%-99.8% pure. (nothing is 100%pure.)
Some have found it for sale at tractor supply stores.
Regaurdless of where you find it, it should be as clear as water. If its even slightly cloudy, I'd find a different source.

micheals craft store carries the wilton. It doesnt say usp on the bottle but it is.
You might try that or ask the pharmacist for pure vegetable glycerine.
