help on a autum/fall recipe

I have been mixing DIY juices for just over a year and I tend to change up my liquids by the season. in the winter it's usually custards and bakery, in spring usually fruits and creams, in the summer it's full on fruits. for some reason I cannot mix anything close to an ADV for fall flavors. I have tried and epically failed just about any apple mix I have ever tried. I really, really want to make a flavor for an candy apple, the ones you get on a stick covered with caramel or candy coating. I have been attempting that but cannot get even a little close.

anyway if you could give some suggestions or point me in the right direction for some mixes would be awesome so I can purchase, mix and be ready when fall hits in a couple of months.

looking for :
real apple tasting flavors (I hate apple candy type flavors passed of as the real deal)
caramel apple on a stick recipes
apple cider
even pumpkin recipes

Summer Soltice
12.5% sweet tangerine CAP
4 % golden pineapple CAP
2% cantaloupe TFA
0.5% lemon/lime TFA

I will throw this out there just to bump... Found this recipe but have not tried it.
Pumpkin Pie:
15% Pumpkin Spice
10% Vanilla Custard

I like FA Apple and FA Caramel together. It's caramel apple-ish.

FW pumpkin spice 5%
FW eggnog 10%
Cap vanilla custard 5% or can sub with vanilla swirl 5% if you don't like custards

Steep this for 2 weeks minimum...best at a month or more....gets better the longer it ages
