OK do you have a voltmeter ?? if not is BOTH the blue and red LED ON ?? most likely it is from juice in the switch BUT it could be a bad PCB ?? let me know .

If I take the bottom cap off and look inside, the little green board is shiny. I don't know if it's supposed to be that way, or if moisture got in from it running all night. I don't want to put anything in there and my fingers aren't long enough.
The cap and screw do not appear damp. The threads do, but it smells metallic, not like juice.
(why does everything to do with vaping sound so crude?)

If I carefully look in the top, it appears there is moisture.

If I put batteries in, the thumb wheel feels damp (again probably because it ran all night) , the blue light stays on, it's constant.
I don't see the red light, would I be able to see it?

This morning, when I tried putting the batteries back, I can't remember if I saw both lights.
I do know when I tried putting a carto on it, just to see, some serious vapor came out of the top and I could hear sizzling, like juice was "cooking".

Tonight, when I do the same thing, the blue light is constant, pushing the button does nothing, same as this morning.
If I put a carto on, the blue light goes off, the red light is on, no sound, no vapor, pushing the button does nothing. Different than this morning, but still not working.

I understand juice in the switch can be a bad thing.... but I don't know why it was obviously running all night to get juice everywhere and melt the carto.

Just wanted to post a follow up!
Excellent customer service I must say.

Apparently, the occasional leak I got that I thought I was cleaning up,
I guess I didn't do a very good job of it, juice got inside and messed with the button if I read
correctly what was wrong with the poor thing.
The messed up button staying on and frying the carto I had didn't help matters any with the amount of juice inside.

Fair warning, clean up your leaks well, and don't leave tanks/cartos on your mods overnight.

Thanks again Mike, it's much appreciated.

Regarding leaking juice. Can juice get into the Pro's from the threads? Or is this just a problem if juice manages to run down the sides into the switch or pot?

That's what I would like to know too. I have a shorty sealed adapter on hand and am wondering if it's a good idea to use it to help prevent juice getting into unit? TIA

I used to hate adapters too but I got some of the shorties and hardly notice them. Some of us give our Buzz or Infinity a spa treatment every few months by dunking it's noggin in a shot glass of rubbing alcohol. Let it soak overnight, dry well (a blow dryer works) and you're good to go. It dissolves any gunky juice buildup :)

Yikes, well that is not good to read.

I'd rather not use an extender. My IPro is pretty long already. Think I'll put some silicone around the screw.

Honestly I have no idea what these guys and gals do to get juice in their PV all the time lol. I have 4 different PVs from notcigs/Mike and I have never had juice in any of them. Granted I use cartos most of the time but im by no means careful lol.

Most of the time if you happen to get juice inside its nothing a little alcohol wont cure ;)
