I Need a Canadian website/company that sells the Starter Kit - E-Power 14650. Can anyone help?

I had emailed back in june one vendor to carry the e-power 14650. The response back was it had too many problems.
Now this was not true. the e-power 18650 is the one with problems.

I have both ordered from here: E-Power From Smok Tech and HECS
They are an ecf registered supplier.

I have been using e-powers for last 6 months and myself have not have any fail on me.. touch wood.

I have had no custom problems, never order juice with hardware.

May be someone else has a discovery I have not found yet.?

Finally found a Canadian vendor selling the E-power 14650 at a pretty good price too.
He also has the Lava Tube at the best price I seen so far
