Help regarding Zenith v2 RDA

I have been vaping off of the Zenith v2 for less than 2 weeks at .4 ohms with 24 gauge kenthal, out of the bloom, I could not receive a hit anymore. I try washing all my equipment and tried new batteries. After removing my cotton, I tested my rda where it appeared to be giving me over 4 ohms. Is my RDA broken?
