Hi All,

Im new to this forum so apologies if i cannot really explain very well my problem to you but i'll try to make it as clear as possible.

I have a itaste v3 battery pack with a kanger aerotank mega for my e liquid.

I need help in setting up the battery pack as it allows me to put the number upto 11 which i have done.

It also allows me to change a different number also but have forgotten how to do this.

Secondly, whenever I am smoking it the liquid seems to come through up the pipe and I end up with e-liquid in my mouth, on my hands etc as it seems to leak out.

How can i rectify this.

To change settings on the itaste you have to press and hold one of the bottom two buttons, or both at the same time IIRC. The plus and minus buttons.

As for the leaking, double check that everything is screwed on tight. Not super tight but nice and snug. You also want to make sure that the inner coil and wick are snug inside the tank. I found out the hard way they can loosen up and flood. You will probably need to give it a good cleaning too to remove any residual liquid that has flooded. Take the tank off the coil base, remove the coil (should just unscrew right out) wrap the base with a paper towel and give it a few good blows through the hole. Dry off the outside, repeat until no more juice comes out. Clean off the coil part real good and wipe down the bottom of the tank real good too. You also want to make sure that when you are filling your tank you aren't over filling it, this can lead to flooding issues too. On tanks like that I usually only fill it halfway, you can always add more juice later.

Welcome to ecf! Sometimes if you get liquid into your air flow area when filling the tank it will sputter and gurgle. Their is a pretty easy fix for this. After filling your tank BEFORE you put it on your unit, get a paper towel and wrap around the bottom of the tank, then blow from the top and this will expell all the extra liquid into the towel. Once it blows clean you should be set and not have any problems with gurgling. Hope this helps.

To switch between power and voltage mode:

For voltage mode, hold down the button on the left until it shows the current value. Then hold the fire button for about 1 second, it will change to voltage mode.

To change back to power (wattage) mode, do the same thing ,but with the button on the right.

Note that only one of the two numbers applies at any given time. If you are in wattage mode, the voltage setting has no effect. If you're in voltage mode, the wattage has no effect.

Just to reiterate, from your last post is sounds like you are still a bit confused. When you change the wattage the voltage is automatically changed, same goes for when you change the voltage (the wattage is automatically changed). I made the mistake of trying to adjust both when I go my first VV/VW device. So as you change one, the other automatically changes. There was a youtube video that finally made it clear to me but I cant find it at the moment, I will post it later if I can find it (it is just Ohms law but I had not thought of it that way at the time)

As for the leaking, there might be debris on the threads causing extra juice to flow in, if you have already cleaned it, maybe try putting a new coil in to see if that helps, if that doesnt maybe they sold you the wrong coils. If that is the case Iwould go back to where you bought it and ask them to give you the correct ones.
