Help! Sigeli 30W won't recognize my atomizer.

I'm using a Kangatech Mini atomizer.

It was working just fine until I took it to a vape store. I'm not sure what they did but the wheel that selects airflow is now loose. And the sigelie is not recognizing the atomizer so I get a message to check atomizer. One time I loosened the atomizer some and it worked. But this time no adjustment of tightness is working.

Thanks for your reply. It's a great idea but I'm afraid they won't take responsibility for it. I didn't buy it there, I just went for help with a different problem (the vapor tasted burnt).
