help with bloog 808's not working?

i just bought a bunch of 808's form a member here to give to some friends to get them to switch. most of them are ok so far, but i cant get 4 of them to produce any vapor. 3 of them have the LED go off but no vapor. i tried pulling the battery connection out to see if that was the problem but still nothing. the other one seems completely dead, but i thought i saw the LED go off at first then it just stopped after i tried charging it. i have tried charging all of them but all of them seem to be at full charge, no LED when its plugged in.

anyone have any ideas of the problem and possible solutions? it would be awesome if i could give them spares as well...you can never have too many batteries!! thanks!

sounds like its the battery connection but if youve already tried that im out of ideas

i thought so, but just wondering why the LED go on?

i also just noticed while they wont charge at all, when i unplug them from a charger or PCC the LED does not flash at all
