Help with buying blue foam in Europe please

Hi,
I started vaping about a week ago and I'm pretty happy about it. I managed to only smoke 1 analog in the mornings with coffee, really cant shake that yet, but compared to 2 packs a day I'd say 1 analog per day is quite ok for now.
My model is a titan 510 from TW, also got the pcc, some extra atts and bats. I keep reading about this infamous "blue foam" and how u can get it in any petstore, but these stores in my country (Romania) don't have it. Can anyone say if there is a similar foam maybe within construction materials or household items, i would be very grateful. Also if by chance anyone could point me to a website selling these in Europe it would be really nice.

PS. Although I'm very happy with TW and their products (just made a 2nd purchase of 10 extra attys and a crapload of liquid and a usb passthrough) their prices are pretty steep compared to chinese companies. Can you guys direct me to some trustworthy chinese links where i could purchase titan 510 atomizers and accesories in the future.

PSS: sry for double posting, but i forgot to mention that i really tried looking over the forum for the blue foam, but as far as european e-shops go i couldnt find any information on them.
