Okay, is there any way to make it so not so much air is in the draw, feels like 60% air and 40% vapor, I want like 60% vapor and 40% air. Also don't say they are the same, you all know what I am talking about even if I am saying it wrong!

Thanks ahead of time!

EDIT - Also has anyone figured out how to blow the primer out a easy way, since you can't blow directly on the hole to the wick or whatever it is in there... Doing my first one since 3pm and still only tasting primer... grrr

Mine must be fitting more snugly - on both the eGo PT, eGo 650 and Riva SE Silver batteries - they all seem almost "tight" on the draw. At times, I can almost feel that whistle-tip collapsing in, like your brain does with a McDonald's shake (well- the old jokes about them)...

We need one in the middle of yours and mine :p

There are 2 notches cut into the base of the cone, where it meets the battery. They are for air. You can block one or both with your finger while taking a hit. That helps quite a bit.

I can not get my fingers to block those holes, i tried and my fingers are just to long. I have kinda big hands, so crimping my finger like that just doesn't work right.

I was told to blow it out of the battery end with canned air. It was in the Tot. Wicked instruction pamphlet. But when I got a burnt taste ECF told me to pour boiling, distilled water through the wick end and to let the atty sit battery side down on paper towel overnight. It worked like a charm. Nice clean taste, though as a newbie I don't have my taste buds back yet.

just shove a paper napkin into the atty, so it makes contact with the wick/coil. let it sit overnight or longer for maximum effect. I try to at least give a new atty 30 min with the paper towel treatment, before vaping, if Im not testing for the out-of-box experience.

Having said that.... That is my technique with normal atties. In theory, it should work with these as well.

I am still on my first tester Ego-T atty. I havnt been putting much mileage on it, but i have been favoring it on or around 5v (not really sure, as i tune to taste)... I like a little more heat.

I had to dry burn it after about 2 days, but it has been working fine since then.

mine has a tight draw. sorta like princessa's. can you send me yours so I may inspect it Mikey?

Ay, no. To blow out the primer that comes in a new atomizer, blow gently from the mouth end--the primer will come out the threaded end. Don't blow too hard; you don't want to dislocate the delicate wick.

To clean your atty after you've used it for a while, you may soak and rinse with boiling water, PGA, vodka, Isopropyl alcohol, etc. There are several ways to do it. Then let dry and, if still gunked up, you may try a gentle dry burn (short bursts while blowing on the coil). I put pure PG in my atomizers before I go to bed and let them sit overnight. A gentle blow-through in the morning and I'm ready to go.
