as the title says, I just received it and it doesn't thread on the 510, is there a way to solve this without using a adapter (That would look really Fugly)

Try inspecting the threads to see if they are damaged. Also if the positive pin is down to far that can interfere with the threads. I has a vivi nova from FT that would not connect to my battery's until I shortened the positive pin, it bottomed out before any threads would catch. I don't have a I Atty but if it is built like most other genny style atomizers the positive pin should be adjustable. Can you post a pic of the threads?
That isn't the problem. I have the same problem with one of my PV but it threads (and works) perfect on my other two.

Had the same issue when I got my RSST. Tried it on a mods with no problem. Went to connect to my Sigelei #20 and no luck.
Started working it on/of and after many twist, it loosened up and works fine. Basically thread chasing to Match the units.

I would contact them. It might be a case of messed up threading that can't be fixed. I've had that happen.
