Help with Heatsink for MV VV Box Mod

I'm about to build a new mod with a MadVapes VV board kit. I'm not yet sure what type of box I will be using, maybe an Altoids tin, maybe a little plastic project box, just not sure which way I want to go yet.

I'm looking for some info on a heatsink for the voltage regulator. I have built numerous mods, one other with the MV board. It vapes great but I would like to be able to help with the heat dissipation for those chain vaping sessions.

I know there are better, more efficient regulators to use than the MV board, getting ready to order some soon, I just like tinkering around with different mods.

You could use some CPU thermal paste and bond the board to the tin, epoxy resin - job's a good un

Thanks... been thinking about cutting and shaping one out of an old pie tin and sliding it in between the heatsink on the back of the regulator and the large contact patch on the pc board, with a little thermal grease.

I have a MV VV board in a Altoid tin and dont find a heat build up problem to the point the regulator shuts down..then again i dont power chain vape with it
