Drill bigger holes

It's not really necessary with the igo-l in my opinion. Especially as OP said they were getting almost no vapor. Even with the standard hole, the IGO-L gives plenty of vapor.

Of course, once you get it up and running right, drilling the hole is something to consider, but in this case I'd suggest they could drill it out to the size of a nickel and it's not really going to help if he doesn't line it up.

If the OP is talking about the fasttech version of the IGO-L from what I have read the hole is considerably smaller than the stock genuine IGO-L. That COULD be part of the problem.

My Fasttech IGO-L is producing a fair amount of vapor with a 1.5 ohm coil on my Sentinel V3 clone also from fasttech (Fresh 18650 battery). That said it isn't exactly HUGE clouds with the stock hole.

I too have the fasttech version, I get good vapor - like you said, not huge clouds. But the OP said almost no vapor.

I wasn't trying to be a douche in my last post, if it came across that way I apologize Alyssasmama.

I just imagined the OP running off to drill out his air hole when all he needed to do was maybe give it a twist to line it up.

I got my Igo-L and K101 yesterday. I built a 1.9 coil with 30 gauge kanthal and silica wick. I'm barely getting any vapor. The flavor on this is great but almost no vapor. I'm running the igo on a k101 and vamo with a 18650. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hey man! I'm using almost the same set-up cept with ekowool..2.0 coil.
The suggestions about the air hole being lined up & drilling out the hole are spot on.
I'm wondering how much juice are you dripping? The IGO-L has a little drip well/cup that holds a good bit of juice (10-15 drops)
I also leave my wicks a little long to capture that juice in the well.

Does this help? Whenever my clouds start to thin out I add a few more drops of juice.Give it a shot.:vapor:

I start with around 5-7 drops. I'm using 50/50. The outside post is not set in the deck. It keeps popping out of the hole. Is it supposed to come out of the hole? The inside post is fine. Ninja, mine looks like that but my coil is spread out a little more. I don't wrap that tight but I will try another build. I'm getting plenty of air flow,I think. It's an airy draw. This is so frustrating. Already thinking of selling my K101 kit and just sticking with tanks on my vamo.

The problem may be more simple then you think I notice you said your getting great flavor just no vapor I've have this problem before an it turned out the juice I was using just didn't provide a lot of vapor try a juice that you know makes good vapor. Or maybe wrapping the coil/coils too tight it almost acts as a choke cutting off the juice flow just enough that you get a little taste but not a full hit. Also bigger holes on any RDA is never a bad thing. I found this to be true on even the more expensive RDAs. I ended up drilling mine out to 1/8 and adding a second hole for my dual coils. I also got mine from fast tech and the stock holes where tiny. I tend to put more then 5-7 drops in mine mostly because of the amount of wick I'm using. More wick lets you go longer times between dippings.

I had to do pretty much do the same thing to the IGO-s which I got state side.

Edit: I just realized one of the most overlooked things with RDAs is weather or not your direct inhaling or taking mouth puffs. When I got my first RDA I was mouth puffing as I would on the 808 stick battery I was using prier to the RDA. Direct inhaling is the better method of using a RDA.
