Help with mod

Im pretty new into vaping and its been 2.5 months since i started. I first started with the blu's, ego c twist and now my mvp2 which i freaking love. Now to my dilemma. My brother from the philippines found out that i am now into vaping. He got me a chi you mod from there and said he spent about 5 us. Dont even know what it is but checked out some pics and it looks pretty bad .... He said he just got the body. Can anyone help me with what else i need for this thing? tank? Im kinda lost.

The chi-you is a mechanical mod. You will want to have some good quality batteries for it. Highly recommended are the AW imr, efest imr, mnke and Sony vtc4 or 5's. A good charger like the nitecore, xstar or luc for charging up those batteries. Lastly a topper of some sorts. You could even use what you place on the mvp2. Just be mindful that a fresh charged battery will be pushing out 4.1-4.2 volts and slowly lower until you recharge it. Most will swap the battery out at around 3.6 volt's, as the power usually gets pretty weak to power things they way they like.

That's for basic set ups. If you want to use a rebuildable on top of the chi-you, add a multimeter, kanthal wire 28-32 gauge, wicking material(cotton, silica, ss mesh, ekowool), and patience as it can be frustrating at first. With a mechanical the possibilities are endless. Happy vaping.
