Do you use a cartridge? Is it over or under saturated?

I do use cartridges - how do you know when it is just right?

everything works just fine if I use a 901 battery then I put the set up on the chuck and nothing or nothing much.

Maybe all 4 of my batteries just are not good?

It's filled but not pooling at the top.

Since you have ruled out atomizers and batteries have you tried a new cartridge?

crap - that is not it! I just don't know!

I am getting so frustrated, I have got to be doing something wrong everybody just loves their Chucks. I have seen pictures of the vaper they produce :-x

-g just puffing away on my 901 looking at my pink chuck

Take a qtip and some isoprpyl alcohol and clean ur atty connector on the Chuck....should solve the issue :) then use a clean qtip and make sure its all nice n dry, including that tiny hole in the center post. then vape!

This should work.

If not, report back and I have something else u can try :)

Ok tried that - got some vapor going now! Still getting more from my 901. Made my husband watch just to make sure I was not just imaging it!

What else should I try?

Look inside the battery tube...makke sure the delrin black piece w the screw in it is still attatched. do this with ur finger, NOT a screwdriver. Its supposed to be loose. Tightening it will twist the wire apart inside so dont tighten it. BUT if its hanging down, not just wiggling side to side, send it back to Jeff...unless hubby solders, then he can unscrew it, check connections and resolder BUT thats a TIGHT squeeze to solder in....

An easier fix possibly, would to tape ur top cap up, unscrew it and clean the inside....even then tho, its a tight squeeze but will possibly save u from having to solder anything....

May wanna email jeff at chucks@thagbuilt.com if you feel uncomfortable with doing the above things...keep in mind a good claening of ALL connections does a vaporizer good ;)

I am just so happy it was not my chuck! Not happy that I have to wait again.

OH WELL!\\
