Help With Refilling This Cartomizer

I've done a lot of Googling and I cannot find any that look like this cartomizer. The guy in our local ecig store gave me it to try out with his 510-X. I cannot figure a way to refill it. Can anybody help? He said he wasn't sure how either, but his business partner knows however he's never in the store.

Apparently they are First Union disposable atomizers, however the guy said they CAN be refilled.

Never seen one like that, have you tried a needle tip to fill? It looks a little like a vision nano.

Is there a very small gap in the rubber seal right against the tube that will fit a needle?
