. Just keep in mind that 26 ga wire is a wire best suited for fairly low resistance builds. I don't know what your target resistance (ohms) are but for starters (with that wire) I'd suggest the 2.5mm rod on the coil master and go at least 10 winds. That will probably put you at right about 1.0 ohms (just guessing). I'd have recommended starting with something like 29 or 28 gauge and starting with 8 winds.
The heat up time on 26 ga is a little longer - which is good because once it gets fully heated up its pretty hot so unless you take pretty massive pulls, you won't experience it's fury but it also takes a while to cool down. It likes a lot of air IMO.

Oh, and here's something everyone should know when rebuilding (don't be scared - it really is easy stuff when you apply common
sense.
