Help!!!

OK, so I'm still fairly new to cartos but I love them. I have four Ibtanked xl tanks. I just bought 6 xl 2ohm cartos from a local store because Im going out of town and didn't want to run out. The first two i used where great. Now they are going bad. So i go to change them out and none of the other cartos have filler in them! Can I use them? And if so how do i even fill them? they are pre punched. Thanks for any help!!!!!

I am guessing that if 4 of them had filler and 2 didn't, that you got a couple of bad cartos. I have heard of cartos without the filler but never tried one or seen them to be honest. What brand were they?
