Maybe tell us the tank name, what coil you are using, and the pg/vg ratios of your juice. You will get more helpful comments.

Need more info as Letitia pointed out but from what you did provide I would have to say the wick/coil is saturated and flooded.

Take a look at youtube and search for spitback / spit back and/or flooded coil. You can also look for videos on leaking tanks, some of the causes between leaking and flooded are the same.

I was just on a similar thread…How do you deal with spit backs???… and a few thousand others. But melting drip tips now that's fun.

Welcome yes that picture is a bit mysterious and whatnot. You've been given good information about spitting and flooding generally (which would be my first guess) but sometimes specific setups need a specific fix, and that is why it may be useful to post what equipment you are using.

I think it's the other half of the drip tip. Looks like a Smok TFV maybe a 12. Can't tell if that is the RBA deck or a coil in it though. Those tanks can get hot but I never pushed one that hot, course I never could get it to stop leaking either. If it is a TFV, I never could love those.

(is OP trolling? a melted piece of plastic, a not-closed topcap, and his "complaint" is about spitback and gurgling?)

Change the coil. This mostly happens when it's been sitting all night and you try to take a hit in the morning. Especially on an rda.

We need more info as a few people have already said but my opinion is that sounds like from the spitting and guggling sounds like ur coil may be flooded but at the same time why has it melted ur drip tip I would not vape on that until you know what the problem is post more info and have you checked the reccomended watts on the side of your coil
