I'd look into videos on building RDA's, first. Then look at what tools and supplies you have, get what you don't have. You could also go to a local shop, some will build it for you if you buy the supplies needed from them and show you what to do.
Hard to recommend anything else until you let us know your vape style, nic level, juice types and what tools/supplies you have.
Well the good news is you have something nice probably provided you like an airier vape (although this can be modified) the bad news is you are gong to have to learn all about RTAs, but really that's good news, as it can be fun. Definitely watch some videos and if you need more specialized aid, questions here will probably be answered more vigorously:

I normally use the Freemax Mesh Pro at 60 watts. Juice I am doing is 3mg strawberry with 70% PG. Sirry it took so long. I run a Security Business and its been hectic for the last few days.
I would use some 26 guage kanthal and wrap a couple of contact coils with a 3mm internal diameter with about 10 wraps.

In case you have not made your own coils before I highly recommend you get a jig, as hand winding coils without one is a royal PITA.

Some people buy pre-made coils, but not me so perhaps someone else can chip in with some suggested links.

Wrapping your own coils is very easy. Kanthal 26g is a good starting point, easy to work with and not too springy.

Yeah, they are correct. It would help a lot to watch a review video on Youtube to learn how to build or wick the RDA first, then you could use it according to your vaping style.
