Helping a Danish friend

My friend's aunt lives in Denmark. She is a Breast Cancer survivor, but she still likes to smoke her pipe every day. My friend would like to get her an e-pipe, however, he is concerned about the availability of e-liquids in Denmark.

Are there any B&M shops in Denmark? Can she order e-liquids, cartridges, and batteries, and import them from other EU countries, and, what is the current legal status of e-liquids with nicotine in Denmark?

It´s against the law to sell liquid that contains nicotine here in Denmark. However it is allowed to buy liquid with nicotine as a private person from anywhere within the EU.
