Herakles Sense- 1.8Ω or +ohm experience anyone?

A tobacconist/vape shop sold a complete noob a Herakles Sense & supplied 2 subohm coils only.

He quit vaping & someone I know (who has been vaping a month or so)
has agreed to buy the stuff from this sucker.

He hates that it guzzles so much juice.
I hate that he is using the no name batts at 25W minimum.

I see there are 1.8Ω factory coils available for this tank.
Does anyone here have experience of these coils?

The factory coils look easy enough to rebuild, so, if anyone has built them to a +ohm resistance, I'd really appreciate any info.

I've given him a link to a youtube vid on rebuilding it.

I'm furious about this-
partly because our state government is proposing to outlaw buying vape gear online & only allowing b&ms to sell vape gear.
I don't think I'd buy anything from any of our b&ms.

He's treating the Herakles as back up atm, cos he hates the size of it & kbox mini compared to his little KSD mini & Aspire clearo starter gear.

I've told him DIY can make juice really cheap.
He's sort of DIY atm-
killing the b&m juice taste with concentrate made from USP/BP menthol crystals.

He's realised how cheap DIY is compared to the other options.
I have offered to rebuild the factory Herakles coil to 1.8Ω-
mainly so he can see how easy it is...
(have sent him youtube links)
and give him a taste of 1.8Ω in his only spare atty.
I'd still appreciate any info if anyone has any

I don't trust the no name "30 amp" batts the vendor sold his friend...
so I have made him promise he won't go above 23W on his 0.5 coil... in case they are the 2C Panas they look like.
They may be 10 Amp Panas....
but anyone who sells really weak no-nic juice at about US$10 for 30 mls
and an obsolete fixed pin kbox mini to a beginner last Xmas is not to be trusted.
(I barely flavour my juices...and that b&m juice was weaker than what I use in an RDA at lower resistance & higher watts. ..cat's piss)
Nothing on their website for more than a year is suspicious too
