So Cal
My local shop just got these in: Herakles by sense

Here's the only video review I could find:

This thing is starting to appear in the US and is being billed as the "Atlantis Killer"

My concern is: Who the heck is the manufacturer Sense? I've never seen any other vape products from them, and would be concerned about finding replacement coils.

Your thoughts???

These 100w+ tanks are popping up all over now. There will probably be 3 more through the month of March. lol

This looks very similar to the Horizon Tech Arctic, which I currently own. Only difference is, Horizon Tech seems to have more variety in coils, ranging from a single 1.2ohm all the way down to 0.2ohm dual vertical coil and everything in between.

I'll keep my eye on this but it seems like they're going to have some stiff competition. And it's only a matter of time before Aspire and Kanger bounce back with something even better and the fanboys will follow

It's definitely lives up to its reputations as an "Atlantis Killer". I just got mine a couple days ago & the 2 coils that come with it can take 70W - 50W @ 0.6OHM. Upside is that it can also be fitted with the 30W Atlantis coils just I case the shop near you does not carry the extra Herakles coil. The hits are really nice and smooth vs the Atlantis. More vapor definitely and looks very nice as well. So far it does not fire as strong on Mechanical Mods vs Box Mods which you can change WATTS on. $39.99 price point is a definite must get.

I picked this up yesterday while on my monthly stop at my local B&M. While it is performing nicely, it's hard to give a complete opinion since I loaded it up at the store before I left with some new flavor juice. It seems to wick the Mile High Drip max VG juice well at 40W and lower, but not sure if hitting hard at 50W+. I tried a few hits at 50W and tasted good, nice clouds, and not real warm. Haven't gone any higher as of yet. They said they hit it at 150W for a bit and suggested I try it at my max 100W, but just having filled it and running max VG, I said I would work my way up to that.

So far, I'd give it a thumbs up and at least call it equal with my Atlantis and ST at a minimum. Can't wait to finish of this tank of new juice and try some lower VG that I am familiar with to better compare flavor.

I'm in the same boat, I want to try it. But if I cant find coils its useless to me.

Would love to hear how these coils hold up compared to the Atlantis coils.

I pulled the trigger at worst can use melo/atlantis coils till these get in stock. You get 2 with the tank so they should last at the very least a week each.

Here's the sub-ohm clearomizers that I am aware of:

Aspire Atlantis
Kanger Subtank
Eleaf MELO
Joytech Delta
SMOK VCT A-1
Horizon Tech Arctic tank
Horizon Tech Scion
Sense Herackles

I am sure I'm missing a few. Someone fill the rest in.

Yea,its getting crazy,and im sure i missed a couple...

- The High Voltage
- "Beyond Vape"(should be out soon, website releasing there own) Silo Beast
- The Maganus from Vapeston(literally brothers to the Freemax Starre,Exact same)
- The smoktech Gimlet (it comes with prebuilt ni200 heads)
- The Goliath
- The horizon Scion (quad coil -looks like smoktech vct, exactly)
- Kanger - they actually have a newer bigger tank coming out as well.

Should i go on?? haha, yea its all about whats trending. Just couple months back it was all about box mods. Then just recently it was min box mods, now its sub ohm clearos coming with at the most .5 stock coil heads. They see whats selling, and jump on making there own. If you guys are interested in seeing the top tanks out there for review. Check out my channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkHzsKRRyN01GqyeOZyfRbg/feed?view_as=public. I have some of these new sub ohm tanks coming in,preferably the top dogs. I already talked to certain people who have tried most of these. Reports showing Starre,Artic,Herakles are better than all the other tanks. Although from what im hearing and what i seen the other night, this new tank that "Beyond Vape" is releasing soon trumps them all. <hint> Top Fill <hint>. Definitely a step into the right direction, when comparing to most of these clearomizers bottom feed setups that dont top off. Something i/we have been waiting for. It also looks very nice if you like that clean 304ss look. Not alot of glass showing either.

Anyhoo, please go check my channel out, its very new. Ill have the starre review up within couple weeks, followed by a bunch of others. Right now you could check out my Goblin review/build if you like. Its such a great RTA,the best by far right now, imo.

Just like any new tank just coming out the heads will take couple weeks to start showing up all over sites. If you need them right away,i know for a fact(talked to buyer) that Alibaba.com sells them right now. So if you use search over there you should find them.

I wonder why the Horizon Tech Scion with the quad coils got overlooked when it was released?? The only thing I can think of is that the coils were 0.8ohm(10-35w) and the industry was already making 0.5 the sub ohm "standard"? So they decided to make the Arctic with dual 0.5 & 0.2ohm coils(30-100w)? Why not just make those coils for the Scion tank though?

The video I posted in the thread about the High Voltage tank....I think that guy nailed it. So far, the High Voltage tank is the first real "cloud chasing" tank. The crazy amount of intake, airflow between the base & drip tip design, makes for some crazy clouds! You however sacrifice flavor for clouds, just like an rda. The Arctic seems to retain flavor even with the airflow wide open but it does not produce the amount of vapor the High Voltage tank can. You have to close the drip tip and tighten the draw on the base to keep the High Voltage on par with the Arctic or any other sub tank currently out.

I got a Scion and Im not impressed. It has all the bells and whistles on the out side but the coil has a tiny hole in the bottom for air. So the big bore air slots in the base are wasted. the draw is to tight IMO If they design coil that allows enough air to get in then they will be a continder but as is This one will quietly fade away.

I have a Herakles picked it up this weekend Its a nice tank I really like the fins over the air holes looks better than most and helps keep dirt n stuff out of the air passage.

They actually make a V2 of the Scion now (of course). I swear it seems if a tank comes out and it doesnt look promising, then that means a final complete V2 version should be out shortly to suck more money outta your budget. Ha, here it is but i know some who have it already and pretty much theres just better out there at this point...Quad Coil Scion V2 Clearomizer BQC Straight Out of The Box Sub Ohm Vaping | eBay. If you look towards the bottom of page, theyll show you a pic of the new coil design. Its a longer wider vertical/rectangular slit in the coil. Buzzlove maybe you could look into grabbing some of these newer v2 coils and try them in your Og scion, eventually might like it.

subscribe to my vape channel please. I have builds, and a couple of these sub ohm tanks coming up for review.check it out..

My herakles finally got here and im really liking this. I was surprised how good the flavor still is at the higher wattages, i thought i would lose a lil flavorbut its still as good as a sub tank and the clouds this thing blows is unreal for a tank, now just cant wait for my artic and coils to get here.
