All this FDA stuff and the thought that I may no longer be able to obtain e-cig supplies is starting to get me irritated. Just can't believe this could continue down this road and started thinking about FDA double standards.

Does anyone know if these are FDA approved and/or marketed in such a manor to get around FDA approval. I see a "FDA Warning" at the bottom of the page, I assume this is there for some reason.

Herbal Ecstacy brand herbal cigarettes - Herbal Smoke Shop

Starting to wonder if the e-cig industry just isn't going about it the right way. Is it the nicotine (e.g. addictive)? If so, what about caffeine, there are new caffeine products all the time that get by the FDA (e.g. isn't caffeine addictive). Anyway, just doing some venting (e.g. I guess e-cigs cause one to vent).

I strongly advise every single person on this forum to never smoke a herbal Ecstacy cigarette! From first hand experience I can vouch that they are absolutely horrid... Just a strong suggestion

Just to be clear, I am not promoting anybody to smoke herbal cigarattes or anything else for that matter. Just saw the statement in there disclaimer "All of our herbal smokes and legal buds are acceptable alternatives to tobacco and are sold as tobacco alternatives.", well ain't e-cigs an "acceptable alternative".
