Well, everyone has conduits between your sinuses which does goes to your ear (Eustachian tubes), it's part of how your body rebalances pressure and such:

This girl simply has some that are large enough and are clear enough to do this. Funny to see though.

I'd much rather watch that girl do a hand stand than the other girl blowing vapor out of her ears because she has a physical abnormality. Meh, maybe it's just me. That was just gross, IMHO.
