I define "addiction" as an unhealthy dependence. I definitely like the nic in my system and go to some trouble to get it there but what harm is it doing? Dependence, yes. Addiction, no.

I like a beer and a rum or whisky on ocassions....does that make me adicted to alcohol fer christsakes?

When I was a smoker yes I was addicted not to nic but the sh...they put in the stinkies. I proved that on myself as after a year of vaping I dont use much nic 4mg and only when peeved at someone or something.
