I define "addiction" as an unhealthy dependence. I definitely like the nic in my system and go to some trouble to get it there but what harm is it doing? Dependence, yes. Addiction, no.

When I was a smoker yes I was addicted not to nic but the sh...they put in the stinkies. I proved that on myself as after a year of vaping I dont use much nic 4mg and only when peeved at someone or something.
The presenter says: "Nobody knows of they really help people quit smoking or if they're just an expemsive gimmick."
When will people learn it doesn't matter what it is. As adults we have the undeniable right to vape. It's nobodies business. Not the governments, not that of doctors, not that of "health" groups. NOBODIES.
