We did handle you in tickets and at that time Max and I were scratching our heads. Literally, I scratched mine, Max scratched his and then, to see if it helped, we scratched each others heads...

So I think this is what happened. The one you had that you said seemed disassembled I think was the unit I disassembled to take our beauty shots (so you know, you have a celebrity Splitfire ... so anyway I packed it back up intending later to assemble it before sending out and it slipped through I think. I saw it in the photo staging area with others later and wasn't thinking then put them up on the inventory pull racks. If it ws the blue one I think that's exactly what happened (look on the product page, I think that is a blue one that I have disassembled).

I think we can close this case, I can now tell max to quit scratching my head (seems like he was enjoying it a bit much)...

ps- I told you to ask for a new head when you ordered next, so remember to do that and tell me what ohm you want, I'll throw in some extra candy! weeee......

Thanks for not being angry I posted to this thread, I had zero intention of making you guys look bad, I was just frustrated. Now that I know I have the one and only Splitfire pictured on the site and that it's a celebrity Splitfire I couldn't be happier....I feel like bragging to everyone now that mine is the best, because it's a celebrity lol. Thanks so much for helping to clear this up!! I love you guys!!!

An additional observation after several days running the splitfire.....I am finishing up the 5th tank....it is still working great. No sign that it needs to be cleaned. Still running NLV Gold....kind of a medium dark juice. I usually feel like I need to clean other clearos after 2-3 tanks....but this thing is just cranking away with no decrease in performance. I'm ordering a magic yellow and a blue to go with the purple one...

Updates fer me too Have NOT experienced any further cracks from the previously stated ones. And I also do not get the ..."Clean Me Please"...message from these tanks. They just keep vaping along like new !! I think my Magic Yellow had a talking to with it's friends here cuz they're ALL performing like ole Magic Yella Fella is now When I have more moneys, I will get some more of these

I'll continue the rave. These are hands down the most reliable, consistent, pleasurable vape device I have used to date. Having been (notice past tense) a die hard Phoenix bottom coil lover, I hate to say I have not touched any of them in the past few days. These SplitFires rock and keep on rockin. If I could I would trade in my entire vaping stash for another six of these. They are that good to me. Specifically the magic yellow one. The Elvis Blues one is OK but can't keep up with the yeller one. Come on...barely any moisture in the battery connection over a tank or two. No dry hits, no wet hits, no juice in the mouth, great flavor. What else works this well. I dare you to claim your device tops this item.
