I'm Jamie. I've tried to get into vaping and to quit smoking for the last few years until I found a device and liquid recently that seems to satiate me. Today is 2 full weeks without a cigarette after no less than 30 years of smoking consistently. I haven't been cheating either. No tobacco whatsoever. I'm pretty proud of myself, and I'm going at this with full force...I refuse to go back to cigarettes again. Strangely enough, after spending a decent amount of money on a mod and tank and juices and EVERYTHING a couple of years ago, I found my salvation a couple of weeks ago in a little smok novo with salt nic. I feel like I can keep this going forever and the no smoking anxiety is basically zilch. I'm usually a forum lurker.... so this may be all I say for a long while, but it's great to meet ya all, and I'm happy to find a common place here.

Sounds like you are doing great! It's all about finding the right mod, tank and nic level. Once you do that, giving up the stinky cig habit is usually achievable.

Once I did that, it only took a very short time before I never smoked and didn't even miss it.

That's exactly how I'm feeling right now. From day 1 I knew I could manage it, and I've never felt that way any time I tried to quit. My kids are ecstatic Haha

I am sure they are thrilled! My daughter sure was! Just remember, if you have an extra tough day, post about it. Someone here is likely to have some good tips for you!

Welcome and congrats! Vaping got me down to 5 cigs a day... took several months before I finally quit. Been 6 months (except a few slips) and loving it! You are going to feel so much healthier and soon discover that vaping is a quite fun hobby. Lots of good people here... feel free to ask questions. Get a backup device if you don't have one! Ask here before buying one (several of us are very good at finding great deals!)
