Hi. My names tom, 28 and from the uk. I stumbled upon this site and the information is brilliant.

I am a smoker, mainly rolling tobaco and currently smoke way to much, I could smoke a 25g pouch of golden Virginia in about a day and a half and at almost £9 a pouch its getting expensive.

Both my mums mum and my dads mum smoked and sadly both lost there battle with lung and throat cancer a few years ago. One in 2006 and the other in 2009.

So here I am im waiting for my first e cig that I ordered yesterday, it looks nothing like a rollie but I hope it will help me cut down and posibly switch completely, one step at a time I guess. Loads of stickys on the site that have been of great help!

Hey thanks for warm welcome. Yeah I do think im taking the right steps to be smoke free and I finaly realised (after reading it alot on here) what an analog is lol, silly me.

And yes It does seem like alot of people treat it like a hobby too but why not it seems like a step in the right direction for sure and every one here deserves a congrats too for pushing the e cig forward.

I have noticed (altho I didnt realise) I have had a constant stuffy nose more likely from smoking for years, be good to see things like that posibly clear up over time.
