Probably best to first find an interesting recipe, and THEN order the appropriate flavors. You'll need to use an online recipe calculator once you have a recipe to work with to get the appropriate ratio of Pg, Vg, concentrated nic, and flavors. Google "e-liquid recipe calculator" and do a search for your intended recipe.

Hi and welcome,

10% Peaches and Cream: 10 days aging.
You could layer some strawberry (1-3%) on the P/C.
You might get a bit stronger "cream" note from the P/C with a few % of VanSwirl.
Depending on what you are using and how you are using it, you may need to increase or decrease the flavouring %'s.

Have fun
I

Omit the sweetener for now. (IMO: Put it in a draw and forget about it for 30-60 days)

Since you have the flavors you have and you want to get started, my recommendation would be to try a few different OVERALL ratios in tester size (like 7% total flavoring, 9% total flavoring) maybe a fruits alone mix potentially which will need less steep time than the creams, and then a few where you actively decide, like "My dominant note will be creamy, my dominant cream note will be vanilla, I will try strawberry and vanilla and I will try vanilla peaches and cream in whatever like, percentages make sense in small volumes, and steep at least 10 days, and then start tasting stuff and see what matures, fades and/or does both and you can gain some valuable information that way as you are waiting and identifying some other flavorings (and also, you could order some one shots that you may find appealing which are premixed flavorings that are pretty much waiting to be shaken and vaped immediately after mixing, too, that's always kind of a nice way to get through the waiting game and etc., but there's no reason at ALL to not do some early experiments in very small batches as a lot of DIY is trial and error and about what YOUR tongue likes.

I actually took the very patient step of doing stand alones early and figuring out how individual flavors performed and steeped and my general percentages I tended to like, I would combine in my tank and not the same as steeping together but still enough to generate some early experiments and trial and error, and it did give me a knowledge base that kept building mainly because I started slowly. So no harm at all in going as slowly as you want and etc.

Best of luck, and go check out the DIY forum for more ideas, too.

Thankyou anna for the reply.the one shots sound really good and I’m just trying to get my head around the percentages I guess like you say it’s trial and error.

I use one-shots a great deal. I wait for them to come on 'special' price as often they are < three times as expensive as basic 30mls of flavor.

If they're well done, they are worth it. If they are half strawberry, half lime and a dash of menthol, say, I am not interested. I can do that myself thank you.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Using the calculator that is right for you (easy to use and understandable) can be a learning process. I found that this calc made the most sense to me:
E-Liquid Calculator Ten Flavors with PG/VG Adjusting
I browser bookmark my recipes for repeated use.
ECF has a forum dedicated to DIY'rs. Might want to future post questions in the DIY forum:
DIY E-Liquid
All well planned/informative and pre researched questions are highly appreciated and receive the most attention.

Hi Mark. This is what I did when I first started diy. After realizing that my Capelles,TFA, etc. were going to require a long sleep to develope, I experimented with hobby shop LorAnn candy flavoring. Verry easily made a shake and vape Tiger Blood as pg-vg are inrxpensive and nic is not I left it out untill I tweaked the recipe to my liking. Now I 60ish vg-30ish pg at 6mg nic per mil. it's a pretty simple juice very good and cheap. My wifes favorite. Not all of lorann flavors are good to vape low. there is a list of the safe ones here on ECF. Also anyone's marked oil are suspect. Orange lemon clove cinnamon Etc. if not for this early success with the lorann I might have given up DIY in frustration
