Hey, new vaper here.

Just started vaping on... Tuesday(?) and I love it. I went from half a pack a day to 1 analog a day or 2 so far. I currently have the Volcano E-cig (L88b model i think) and honestly, it's a little disappointing.. It seems like the cartridges only last for like 3 cigarettes worth, even with the twist and remove the excess foil thing. It's great for the first like 7 or so puffs, after that i get super low amounts of vapor for the rest of it. Also, I work around very loud aircrafts and the noise sets off my batteries so I'm constantly having to recharge batteries and taking them off the PCC when they're done charging. I'll come back later to that full battery and it'll be dead from all the noise and moving around. So I ordered a Vapor King KR808D-1 and it's on the way right now as well as some liquid and empty cartridges. I've heard the batteries are much less sensitive so hopefully I won't be non-stop charging with it.

Also... where do you get the smoking signatures I see so many people with? And where would I add it, I couldn't find a signature section in the User CP.

Why didn't you swap to a manual battery? They're really the bee's knees. I have a couple autos, and they're nice for driving or if my hands are full, but there really too heavy to really easily keep in the mouth all the time. So I have to put a hand to mouth to smoke usually anyway. As for the banners under people's posts. Most of them, if you just click on someone else's banner that's a style you like, it'll take you to the page to make your own. Hope that helps and happy vaping!

The battery was only one of the problems I'm having with it, I'm also going with the KR8 for its more consistent vaping and to get rid of the maintenance of this 3 piece.

I prefer the manuals, too. I seem to get a better TH, but then others love the auto. It's going to be a matter of which one YOU like, and you may like both.
You will love your kr8.

Thanks, I actually ordered a manual battery with my VK starter kit to see how well it works for me. I thought it would be perfect since even if the auto's still got set off by the loud noises in my work environment, the manual shouldn't.

yeah i dont think you can go wrong with the vaporking i love it, my batteries are automatic though, probably pick up a manual soon...

Thanks, I did a lot of research on it and I hope I made the right decision. Though I didn't realise the cart that you can choose with the kit is picked after the order.. I wrote Cowboy in the comment box and chose Cinnamon roll on the next screen lol. So we'll see what I get.

Also, nice location. My home is in PA too, I live by Union Deposit if you know where that is.
