tinstar15, those turned out great. I just watched the Transformers movie the other day on the tube.
I once saw a Remington 1858 New Model Army Revolver with some very detailed engraving with gold inlay. I wouldn't mind seeing something like that with a Precise.
Yeah, that would be cool. I was watching an episode of Orange county choppers and they were ethching with a dremel like tool directly into the metal, then painting over it. It gave it a more 3D look. Pretty sweet...
I think it would be awesome. I had asked David before about engraving the Precise. I think it would look boss, but he didn't have the machine. Personally, if I could find someone to do a great job I would have -Precise P18 - engraved on the side
I couldn't sleep last night, at all, my brain just would not shut up! Any way, among the things my brain wouldn't shut up about was how elegant it would look if I had the body of my P16 engraved with my first initial "g" in a calligraphy type. Has anyone had this done? I PMed David asking him if the warranty would be void if I did this and am waiting to hear back from him, but I just thought I would ask y'all what your opinion is or if anyone has had this done. I would have to find a professional around my area who does this but won't be to hard I don't imagine. Thanks for y'alls input.
