I believe you have to wait an hour or so before you'll have access to the other forums.
Also, I think their intent was to get everyone involved in other threads on the new members forums before spreading out.
Your approach may work though.
I don't know much about DIY stuff but good luck finding what you're looking for there!

Well, I understand their intent, I should have register before but I was busy reading, there's so much informations there, that if Google is friendly with you, 95% of the questions have been already asked;

When I first stated thinking about doing diy I found the information almost overwhelming, all the equipment you supposedly needed do it this way, only use this. One yr later I use only a kitchen measuring cup and a 10ml syringe. I pour 100 ml of VG & PG into the cup and use the syringe to get the exact amount of 100mg nicotine to make 200ml unflavoured ejuice. The whole process takes me less than 5 minutes. I believe the hardest part of diy is getting the right flavouring in the right amounts and you only need another syringe to make it work. It is complicated but the more reading and watching vids one does the difficult the process seems.
