I'v heard some good things about this atty over on the provari forum. I'm thinking about ordering one (or two). If it performs well and lasts a couple months it would be worth it. Does anyone have any comments on how they love (or hate) theirs? Does it live up to the hype? Is it worth $22?

Thanks!

I've been using them exclusively since September. The flavor and vapor can't be beat, but they don't always last a couple of months. Some last months and others aren't worth vaping after a few weeks. Depends on the ejuice you use, how well you keep them wet, cleaning, etc. There is some warranty of fixing it (by returning it) if it dies in a few weeks with no abuse. They don't last if you dry burn them to get them clean, so it you use extra sweet, VG juice time is shorter. They have custom VG ones now, that might be better but I haven't tried them. I stick with a 70PG/30VG or greater blend with them.

I think they are worth it for a better vape, but they are more expensive to use long run compared to a standard atty.

Thanks for sharing that Eric. I like the short barrels better because they are easier to clean and I've had a few long ones that occasionally autofeed on my REO bottom feeder. The Cherry Vape universal drip tip is handy when they are new and sometimes kind of spitty, when they stop it after a day or so (not all of them spit, about 1 our of 4), you don't have this long atomizer catching on things. It's really hard to see the coil at the end of the long barrel.

Not sure why he needs a shield on a HH.357, one of their cool features is hh.357s don't leak with the exception of an autofeed situation.

Yeah, the 901's have an airhole on the side, which is what the drip shields were originally designed for. This also makes them a somewhat "airier" vape with a lighter pull. A drip shield can tighten that up some. I do have a HH357 901, and while it's really hard to make it leak out of the side, I've done it a few times from overdripping.

My experience so far with a 2.0 ohm hh357 - I've been using it a little over two months. It performs as well today as the second day I was using it. The first day wasn't so impressive. It broke in in about a day though and has delivered an incredible vape ever since.

Flavor and vapor production are great. I do not agree about VG being the culprit for decrease in performance, though it could be some flavorings. My hh357 has only been used with two juices and both are 100% VG. I dripped about 15 ml of AVE Flue Cured when I got the atty. After the first cleaning, I switched it on to my REO which always contains my most often used juice - AVE 555 - and that is the only juice that atty has seen ever since.

I kept it on my REO for a little while (maybe a couple of weeks) but I really struggled with it. Even the slightest overfeed makes this atty spit. At least twice a day, I would over-squonk a little and the resulting juice in my mouth was incredibly frustrating. So, that atty went back to dripping for a couple of weeks.

Then, I got my VVPV. If there was ever a better match, I never found it. Two pumps = perfect amount of juice for the hh357. So, my VVPV is set somewhere close to 4.5v for the 2.0 ohm hh357 (sometimes I turn it down a little to maybe 4.2 or 4.3v) and every so often I press the pump button twice. I can keep the hh357 right in the sweet spot indefinitely. Billowing, flavorful, warm clouds of vapor all day long.

My hh357 does leak just a little bit. It isn't bad, but it does lose a little juice and has done so since I got it. I would say it is less prone to losing a little juice than any regular 510 I've ever used, but it will leak a little bit. I do use a drip shield and I am happy I have one for this atty.

I have followed the care instructions. Cleaning is just a high-proof vodka bath and I never blow it out from the open end - just the connector end. I give it a vodka bath and blow out about every 6 days or every 30 ml, whichever comes first. The only deviation from the cleaning instructions has been that I left it to soak overnight a couple of times when I forgot about it and went to bed.

The hh357 produces a lot of vapor and probably the best flavor of any atty I've used. If I were continuing to use it on a 3.7v PV (which I am not), I would like to see some intermediate ohm rating between 1.5 and 2.0... Either 1.7 or 1.8 ohm would be really nice.

Is it worth the price tag? In my opinion, yes. I have gotten a couple of months and then some so far out of this one and I feel like I got my money's worth. If it had died in a couple of weeks, I would say no. Even though it offers superior flavor and great vapor production, I would be happier with other attys I like if the hh357 didn't last *and* perform well for an extended period of time.

Donnah,I would order a few and try them if I were you they are worth the price.I have had 3 of them,a 1.5 short,a 1.5 long barrel and a 3 ohm 901 version. The short died after 4 months by my fault because I forgot to lower the voltage on my Buzzpro and blew the coil and the long barrel is past 5 months now.The 901 is my favorite with amazing flavor and vapor.Take care of them and they will last a long while.

Thanks for the excellent review six. I just ordered my first one and your review covered exactly what I wanted to know. I hope I have as good an experience with it.

I usually absolutely hate atomizers so I am trying this one as a last resort. I would love to find one I like. If I'm not happy with it I'm back to cartomizers for good.
