I had emailed HHV with an issue I was having with a dripping atty leaking badly. They gave me a couple ideas to try and even though their disclaimer says clearly they do not guarantee,refund, replace, etc. they offered to replace it for free. I wasn't looking for a replacement, just wanted to give them a heads up in case anyone else contacted them with the same issue. They also got back to me within hours of my email.
