Howdy all and greetings from Canada!

This is a great community and I have learned a ton looking around. Thx!

I started vaping a week ago and have gone a week without a cigarette for the first time in years. Very cool as I smoked for 30 years.

Took me a few tries to get the flavours and strength right (I seem to prefer fruity flavours and 12mg kills my cigarette cravings), but that is part of the fun IMO.

I am using a eLeaf iStick 40w with a Aspire Nautilis tank. Not the highest end or most powerful mod, but it seems to work for me.

Currently vaping Canadaejuice berry/lemon and NYX Blue Lagoon juice.

Looking forward to learning more from you folks!

Overjoyed here! That's a great set-up.
As so many people turn to 'mall' products and tobacco company products as their first move, I am very, very impressed.

Now, if we could just get rid of tobacco co. products and stop the rip-off companies (some of which, sadly are 'real' vaping companies) things would be almost perfect!

I can't believe I am now over 2 weeks without a cigarette and haven't even thought about having one. First time in years that I have gone this long. Very cool!

Also, I used to LOVE smoking Marlboros when I was in the US a few times a year. Damn, I loved those smokes. I just got back from a weekend in the States and wasnt tempted to smoke at all. My wife still smokes (but is vaping to cut down and hopefully eventually quit) and was smoking the Marlboros while we were away. No desire at all to have one.

I think the fact that vaping is fun for me and almost a new hobby is helping me keep cigarettes out of my mind. Exploring juices, mods, etc. has been fun.

It am pretty confident that I will stay off the butts long term which is great. I am already feeling better physically and don't miss the coughing, smell, expense and standing in the snow in the winter freezing my @$$ off! Also, I have invested a considerable amount of $$$ in my new "hobby" on juices, mods, coils and tanks so when I look at all of my vape gear, the thought of buying a $12 pack of smokes doesn't make sense in my little brain.

ECF is definately a great distraction as well!

Welcome to ECF! out in Sudbury Ontario here Surprising how easy it is to quit smoking via ecigs isn't it? Makes you wonder why they are trying to regulate it to pieces :S
