This may come as a silly question, but I have read several of Mooch's battery review charts & I have always wonder what do the *** stand for next to certain CDR

The notation is in red text near the bottom of the first column..."**=No data sheet info available to confirm"

I don't recall this off the top of my head. And attempting to see what you are talking about I tried to look for Mooch's charts. Apparently he is currently updating the files.

Generally speaking, astericks (*) are placed to allow the reader to look for additional information elsewhere on the page, like a footnote. The number of astericks assist the reader to track the correct footnote. It's my guess the *** is providing some additional information of some sort, but until I can see for myself what it is, I can't say at this time.

I remember Mooch stating that he wouldn't post a certain type of rating anymore due to concerns about mechs and batteries and explosions.... I can't remember what it was, but those may be deletions, possibly. Just a thought.
