Hi,
I smoke from 1990 and I think it is a time to quit smoke and start to vape.
Hi and welcome,
How many cigarettes do you smoke per day?
Where are you located?

I began in March 2012 and have been cigarette free since.
It can and does work.

Cheers
I

I smoked minimum 40 cigarettes per day if I drink it increases to 50-60+ Dunhill black cigarettes.
I live in Serbia and we can smoke in cafes and pubs, so if I am out, I can't run away from smokes.
I bought 2 years ago Evic-VTCmini+Tron-s and a lot of atomizers on NY sale, cause I wanted to quit and I did not try till 6 days ago. I bought some liquids and started to vape and till now NOT A SINGLE CIGARETTE SMOKED.
I had some bad crises, but vape saved me so far and it was not so hard as I expected, not easy at all, but not so bad also.

For me it was mental. I had to WANT IT. I was disgusted with everything about cigarettes. I got an attitude. I quit with my first vape. It was strong, but I had no need for cigarette nicotine.

Good for you.
For me it was just the fact that my own curiousness finally took over from my old skepticism. That is, after a whole year of having delayed my decision to try and find out in practice what all the fuss about vaping was, and, my only regret now is that I kept delaying this for so long... I mean, I stopped smoking cigarettes completely immediately the same day because that's just how nice vaping was in comparison.

I had no need for cigarette nicotine either, but I was chain vaping like mad because that in fact is what was giving me my strength that enabled me to stay quit. So I guess I was lucky for the simple fact I had chosen the type of setup that actually is suitable for chain vaping, as well as is suitable for quickly adjusting all the parameters to meet my own personal needs, and then I'm not just talking about the power, or wattage that my mod was capable to achieve (it was a Wismec RX2/3, the predecessor of the rightfully recommended RX Gen 3, with six Sony VTC5A batteries plus an external battery charger so I did make sure that falling short on power wasn't easily going to be my concern during my first vaping weeks...). Rather, also I am talking about jumping head first into RDAs because an RDA is what allowed me to also quickly adjust the nicotine strength of my e-juice by counting drops whilst dripping from two different bottles of the same flavor type, i.e., by letting drops of two different strengths, 6 mg/ml and 0 mg/ml, mix themselves spontaneously together inside my RDA, always remembering to drip the 6 mg first, the 0 mg second, just so they'll mix evenly enough, and will do so without further ado. Temporarily lowering the strength is necessary to avoid getting nic sick as a result from continuing to chain vape during yet another chain vaping frenzy.

The bottom line is, I never really felt the need to stay strong. That's just because I had decided to be smart instead, and, the only little bit of a challenge was in the learning how to properly rewick an RDA so, the rest is history.
