I just bought the smoke vape Pen Plus. I got home set it on the counter it rolled off until hard tile and the glass broke in one spot. Oil is everywhere! Can anything be done? The tank seems to be in one piece with the battery base.

Welcome to ECF Sara. Sorry for your accident. I'm not familiar with pen style vapes, someone will come along who does. In the meantime look it up online, should be able to find out if tank is replaceable.

Ouch. The ejuice isn’t oil it’s proprlyne glycol and vegetable glycerine . Cleans up with water. As for the glass it can usually be simply replaced for a few dollars. The place you bought it may have replacement glass in stock.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, but you should be able to replace the glass easily enough. When you order, get two just in case. And maybe a vape band. It probably wouldn't have saved it from a fall to the floor, but it might for a lesser knock. Welcome to the board

Yeah they sell replacement glass. Happens, that is what the rubber bands are for, to protect the glass.

Thank you. It was out of bag on counter and landed on floor in less than one minute. No time to do anything to protect it. Rubber bands will be a possibility when glass replaced, I appreciate the idea. SJP

Thanks to you all who answered, and helped me work through my 1st dilemma ever with an ECIG. It's the first time I've had one with glass. It's also the 1st time I've had an ECIG I've gotten much out of; the last brands I've used had no draw compared to the Smok! (I've vaped going on 5 years). What a waste of time & money they all were.

You can also get vape bands if you want them, they're prettier than rubber bands and fairly inexpensive. They do do a good job of protecting glass tanks.

I use one of those elastic hair rings (to tie up a pony tail) on my tanks. If there is a female in the family who uses them, try one on your tank.

Should have came with a SMOK rubber band, most stuff they sell does.
