So you’re looking for a tasty diy recipie using these flavorings? The cushman thing I don’t understand at all. I’m old though.

You don't have too many options with those flavours but you could try a blend of the 2 strawberries so ripe 3% and TFA 1.5% with 0.5% cotton candy for a straight strawberry. If you want to cool it down use the koolada at 0.25% and the see how it is.
You could also try the above with added mango at 4% with a tiny bit of ethyl maltol 0.25% as a blender.

What amount of liquid are you making?

Still don’t know what “cushman” means in this instance. My only reference is It’s a company that used to make things like golf carts and scooters a long time ago.
Urban dictionary defines it as a hot guy, which doesn’t help at all in this instance either.
There is an ejuice company named “Cush Man” that makes various fruity flavored ecig juices. Do you want to try to emulate one of their flavors?

Cush Man is from nasty juice but there is about 3 or 4 "cush man" flavors, well that is if me and the OP are talking about the same thing.
