its not as bad as u first think i was put off on it to but since u dont tighten it all the way down u have room to put ur thumb nail into the creves it pretty much perfect and seeing how clumsy i am ive dropped it a good 10 times and not a scratch and if u want to use the mouth activation its very easy not to springey but just right not to activate in pocket

I can't remember who it was, but someone at the long island vapers club has one that has a hex nut on the bottom, round cap on the top, and an extender. It looks like a precision shop tool. This is mine:

In the land of no hills and red dirt
New to vaping, and started off with the copper. Was concerned with the activation after watching the videos, and now it's the most natural thing in the world. I do unscrew my atty/cart before I transport it. I enjoy it twice as much with a 510 and the blue foam cart mod.

But its the switch, along with the overall construction of it, that drew it to me in the first place. Little electrical switches can eventually wear and break. My wife loves her dse905, and I'm impressed with the overall finish and build quality of it, but having two switches on it seems like its asking for problems. My copper, with its simple mechanical activation, looks like it's going to stand the test of time. Muldrick may be facing a 'stride gum' problem...they may be made TOO well!

hi mate,

out of interest, is your atty shaft quite loose? i was wondering if it was just mine that was like that!

Great review!

I would probably like the push-atty style of button IF I could lock it open. I'd be a bit concerned about putting this thing just about anywhere with an atty attached.

But, yeah, I'm with you. I haven't found the copper appealing in the least. Maybe if it were painted black.

yeah, i think black would look a lot nicer :)

cheers,

scott
