I know Gixxxer offers replacement magnets for the swtich does anyone know what would cause these to go bad or need replacing? I am wanting to get one of these but don't know about the switch and the durability of it.

hi mate,

as far as im aware it would take years and years for the magnets to lose all their magnetic properties......its a very durable device and my current favourite vape!

hi mate,

i dont have a picture but its a pretty straight forward design......you have the brass contact pin which goes through the switch and screws into the base of the switch. inside the switch housing are 2 opposing magnets which have a hole in them that slide over the brass contact pin.

each time you press the switch, the 2 opposing magnets repel each other and then push the switch back into position
