yes. most of e-cig manufacture are in Shenzhen , but there is no e cig shop in Shenzhen. So for chinese, it's not easy to buy new design of e cigs,I think suppliers worry about that some people will copy their products. so they just do exporting.but I can easy to buy e cigs from a friend of mine who is trading e cigs...
