Hello guys,

First day as a member in ECF and first time in my life that i'm a member of a forum, so i'm really new to all this!!!
Anyhow i wanted to THANK YOU ALL for this great forum and all the info you guys post!!!
This enthusiasm is really contagious and give me strenght to quit smoking after 25 years. I'm very happy it's working this time... i quit smoking and got a new hobby!!!
So count me in, and forgive my mispellings and grammar... never had english in school...
