kirstin, It's a glitch on the board, if they come in through the "New Posts" listing or from the listing on the right side of the main page..they can post, at least once. Most of the time they have no idea they are in the Women's Room, unless they look around. They can join or sometimes post a few times before they are kicked out. I don't mind a friendly post or two or some in the recipe sections. But it gets a bit out of hand if they come in to be disagreeable. Then I step in and ask they not post again. I also request that the ladies do not respond to them unless it is a supportive post..like it was with Pete's. It gets sticky when I have to ask the more stuborn guys to stop posting if the ladies engage them in Conversation or confront them if they aren't playing nice. I rarely get shirty with people, but will when needed to keep this place a safe haven for us..
Joe has found no DNA method to keep the guys out..just like there is no way to keep people from posting in the other social forums that are not marked Private..those do need permission to get in.
. I'm definitely here because I need support with quiting analogs and trading it for vaping.
