skip the 510 kit then. The ego will give you a longer batt life. The ego model is also known by other names like Riva and Kgo. For $50 or less, here's a couple of deals that will start you off with xl cartos that hold more liquid (the slb kgo) eCigarette Kits or a standard ego here Kits. Both are reputable sellers and very nice people. :)
The lava tube is an option. But these two kits would both make nice back up if you move onward to mods later.

That KGO is a good deal. Definitely get some cartomizers with your kit. I repeat- get cartomizers with your kit.

And you'll need about 30 ml of juice in small sizes from a juice vendor.

That'll give you a good vaping experience from the start for not a lot of money. See what you like/don't like and you can always go from there.

Remember, you're going to spend a ton on juice.

We all have different opinions - what works for me may not necessarily work for you. Read up, look at the pictures in the "show your set up" string, ask questions. My humble opinion is that a bottom feeder like a Reo Mini is a great first step. They are user friendly and hold a good bit of their resale value on the classifieds.

It's hard to make a choice for your first mod but, most importantly, it will get you started. Once you're on your way you can always upgrade. Good Luck and Welcome!

Actually, if you have that much cash to lay down, get the Lavatube, and a couple packs of 3ohm boge cartos.

Skip steps. Get the best class of gear right off.

Then it wouldn't be the lavatube. I don't recommend that pile of metal to anyone. Boge cartomizers I agree with but not the lavatube. A variable voltage box mod is more consistent than that thing...end of rant but to each his own right?

For starting out, I recommend an ego lite bundle for liberty-flights.com. Good battery life and more consistent. Along with the kit, get a box of Boge 2.0ohm cartomizers and a drip tip. Simplest setup with good flavor/vapor/throathit that there is IMO.

welcome to the forum
there are alot of choices out there do some research before laying out a ton of cash on one mod.
what one likes another hates
i love my reos and think they are the best for me and would recommend them to anyone ,with boge 2ohm cartomizers
for me bottom feeders are the easiest to operate ,just squeeze when your low on juice and your ready to go.

good luck on your new vaping journey
