Welcome! As you have already seen on this thread, this is a very knowledgeable community. I too am a 40+ year smoker (1 1/2 pad) who never dreamed I could reduce much less quit. But last August I joined ecf and started vaping. I haven't quit completely, but I am now smoking 5 or fewer cigarettes a day.
A real game changer for me was getting the innokin T22 (the T20 is also good).
