Message: <blockquote data-quote="bombastinator" data-source="post: 23704776" data-attributes="member: 43994"><p>I’ve only done rebuildables for years now though I own some pod stuff.  It’s all quite old and I doubt there is still stuff made for it.  That’s what is awesome about 510.  Pods are by definition proprietary.  I’ve got 15 year old 510 stuff I can still use.  It wasn’t really the best system even back when it came out.  It worked, was sturdy,and the patent got screwed up so it became a standard.  It was originally the adaptor for blu.  I understand there is still stuff made under that name.  One of those “great mistakes”.  There aren’t many brands from back then still going.  I still won’t buy stuff that isn’t 510.  I don’t like being left at the whim of corporate executives.</p></blockquote><p></p>
